Does Your Dot-Gov Website Meet the Needs of All Its Users?

A Highlight from the upcoming NAGC Communications
School.

Internal and external stakeholders each need and
want something different from government websites. Government communicators
face real challenges making sites effectively manage those needs to provide the
best content and services to users.

ENC Strategy Account Director Josh DeLung will take you through a case study in
enhancing dot.gov websites for internal and external stakeholders in a session
at the National Association of Government Communicators 2013 Communications
School. “Enhancing dot.gov Websites for Internal and External Stakeholders”
will feature a brief overview of how to maintain and enhance content, manage
campaigns, and support Web design and development. You’ll leave with ideas for
new ways to improve the areas where your agency’s site may not be meeting the
needs of users in certain categories.

Participate in Josh’s session on April 19 at 10:30 a.m. at the 2013 NAGC
Communications School, April 16-19 at the Pentagon City Sheraton in Arlington,
Va. Check out the complete agenda and register to attend at www.nagconline.org.
