Event Description

1) What is Citability?
http://citability.org asks that all publicly available government documentation be on the web and citable to a paragraph level
2) What is a Codeathon?
It is where a bunch of geeks get together and write opensource code for a good reason. For this one we are creating tools that prove that online citations at a paragraph are not only possible but easily implemented.

3) We need govt officials, staffers, employees to come see our demos!
We know that most Government people are for Citations. The main problem is concern about cost retroactively trying to add a feature set like Citability. Come and see our Free and Open Source solutions!
