During my year-end review (as a PR Manager), I was told that there are publications (either on-line or physical) that list contracts that governments have awarded. I have done a fair amount of research, but either a) the Google gods have determined that I don't know the secret handshake and are thus unworthy of good results or b) I am looking for the proverbial needle in a worldwide, digital haystack. I thought that I would pose this question to the eriudite and genteel readers of this forum. I thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide this humble scribe.

Interagency Contract Directory is another one
