Job Description

Mental Health Association of Montgomery County is currently seeking a Part-time (20 hours per week) Case Manager for our Adult Homeless program. This position is responsible for case management in our adult homeless services program. The successful candidate will provide intensive case management services to formerly homeless mentally ill adults in a supported community-based housing program.

Job Requirements

BSW or related degree and experience working with adult homeless and mentally ill is required, MSW preferred. Licensure strongly preferred; LCSW-C supervision available.
