We’ve interviewed inspirational leaders from across the public sector about challenges facing leaders today.  Eleven interviews can be viewed in our Learning Catalogue today, covering topics such as:

• Building leadership capacity
• How to inspire people
• How to develop your personal brand
• The essential skills for today’s leaders
• The importance of learning and practicing the skills of improvisation
• Leadership challenges in the public sector

In the New Year we’ll be launching more video interviews, together with transcripts and summaries of all the videos, in modules created in the new version of our Authoring Tool. 

This means that Learning Pool subscribers will have their own editable suite of 20 or so leadership and management e-learning modules to roll out to their organisation.
