Shooting from the hip here as Mark Zuckerberg announces a new way to search through Facebook profiles for personal interest info, etc.: Will this allow for a leap in government-citizen interaction and customer service?
Not sure how it will work if folks have simply Liked your agency but you aren't friends with them, per se, but I'm curious as to what the GovLoop brain trust thinks ...
