Analytics - The New Path to Value:
MIT Sloan Management Review collaborated with the IBM Institute for Business Value in conducting a global survey of nearly 3,000 executive managers and analysts. Then combined the survey analysis with interviews with academic and subject matter experts - this study offers recommendations on how organizations can bolster their analytics capabilities to achieve long-term advantage. IBM Opening Up Government Executive Report
Today there is a large challenge in government called the "data paradox". Simply put, having too much data and not enough insight. There is a change happening today to become more "open".
