Speaking of making changes in government, this is for government employees who are contemplating retirement, especially if they are eligible for Medicare:

Hi Lisa,

I read your post and I'm providing a web link for a video training program that a number of federal and state agencies have used for sparking new ideas and inspire new ideas. Let me know if you have any questions as I can happily tell you how others have used this tool.

Can anyone recommend an excellent book on effective, forward-thinking leadership (management) in government? More practical application than dry theory. My org is stuck in top-down; needs inspiration to develop a more engaging style that seeks ideas from the front lines.
