Thank you. So, my acquisition office has vetted a SDVOB because my market research shows that the required engineering expertise is rarely offered but is by the specific company. that sounds good, but now the pipeline is too full to move new packages! I don't understand how we are ever going to overcome the bottle-necking that goes on each year with packages. There must be a method in some office where they move these quickly. What do you think? Am I missing something?
