Should Government train its people on Internet Marketing? Should they train the public?

After you read the above post you will be more clear on my primes. Basically the Government and employees who manage the various government sites is sitting on a goldmine of extra revenue for the USA, if only they had the training and direction, it would be mega transformation. What are the GovLoop members opinion? What is the thoughts of those at the Summit?

How is Learning & Development transforming the federal government?
Government Elearning! Magazine is hosting a survey with partner Bersin & Associates (Authors of the Corporate Learning Factbook.) We would welcome your input on this study on L&D today. We will share results with you and present at the Summit in DC on 3/22/11. Take a moment to share your views at: https://www.evansresearchonline.com/s.php?s=FACTGE&d=2
