Hi Ken - I think that would be FOSE:
Is there anything close to a CES for e-government - like the one can't-miss place to find out about new technology for e-government ?
Saw ad for first time this weekend, I agree Steve. If as a customer I want a physical receipt, I can just print out the email right?
Here's an interesting story on the technology that powers CMS scoring of Medicare plans, from GovOnline.

Not to pile it on but that's a horrible commercial and makes them sound antiquated.
Instead of discouraging e-gov and e-billing USPS should be inventing their own solution. In Germany and other countries, their USPS has e-billing solutions they offer.
And honestly I always feel paper is way less secure. Thus the need to shred documents etc
Anybody else thinks this commercial by the US Postal Services discouraging paperless e-government and e-billing is a bit odd and anti-green?
