Andy, here's a novel hot topic for your FEB talk - social media discrimination.  What is it?  Does it actually happen?  If so, is it unlawful?  If so, is anyone doing anything about it?  I think this is an EEO concern that is currently flying below the radar.  If you go with this, I'd be interested in chatting with you about it afterwards.

Hi Everyone - We just received the following question from a member and thought you'd be able to answer - is this discrimination? How should this woman handle the situation?

"In terms of women who have to deal with male co-workers who refer to them as "She" instead of their government name, what should a girl do? Call the person out on it? Call the person out in the midst of a mediator? Thanks!"
