Would you please help Federally Employed Women (FEW) in a simple contest this holiday season. All you have to do is click the link below, hit the "Awesome" button and GovLoop will give FEW $5.

http://www.govloop.com/profiles/blogs/govloop-2011-charity-challeng...

...then forward this email to your colleagues.

A special thanks to those of you who have "AWESOMED" FEW so far.  FEW is leading the way in this effort.  Tell your friends.  FEW could win an additional $1000!

Thanks!

Several weeks ago at our National Convention I ended what was a tremendous experience in my Federal career. It is seldom that an individual is able to live their dream. For four years I did by being entrusted with the Presidency of the FMA. The Association has made a great choice in selecting Patricia Niehaus as its next President. I ask all of you that belong to the FMA group on GovLoop to reach out to those not on board yet and invite them to this most valuable resource.

INTERESTED IN ASSISTING A PHD (CANDIDATE) WITH YOUR OPINIONS?
ARE YOU IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES FIELD?
DO YOU WORK IN THE GOVERNMENT OR IN THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY?

I am starting coursework this fall for my PhD in Education, Occupational Studies and Technology; emphasis in Training & Development in Human Resources at ODU, Norfolk, VA.

I am gearing up to start performing my research, which will potentially entail getting qualitative, as well as quantitative, information and data from HUMAN RESOURCES practitioners in the field in general, as well as specifically in the GOVERNMENT AND DEFENSE INDUSTRY. Research will most likely start in later winter of 2009 or spring of 2010.

Would you be kind enough to send me an invitation to link, so when I start my research, I will be able to contact you - if you have an interest in contributing to my research with your candid opinions? I do accept all invitations on LinkedIn.com, as well as GovLoop.com. (Unfortunately, I am out of invites on LinkedIn.)

If you are not in the Human Resources arena, but know of someone who might be able to link up with my connections to assist my research, please push this request forward.

I would be very appreciative of this. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Respectfully, Dawn D. Boyer
