Talent vs. Potential.  Once you hire someone, you know if you have talent or not...and sometimes you give a new hire a pass thinking they have unrealized "potential." But how do you know the difference? In the hiring phase? After they're on board? Great set up for this question here:

There's only so much you can learn from a resume, right? My colleague Lauren Modeen has posted a great infographic that highlight 8 traits you won't find on a resume, but are arguably more important than technical skills:

Since you spend so much time recruiting and hiring talent, do you see this list as accurate? Any tips or tricks for teasing out these traits in advance of hiring?
