Hi everyone! My name is Emily and I'm new to the group and am trying to learn more about FWS! I wanted to start by asking if anyone could tell me how grants are managed at FWS- is it a mostly manual/ paper process or fairly automated etc.?

And to make this a win-win, if anyone has any questions on the following: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint or Surface (my areas of expertise :) ) please feel free to ask!
