In his presentation Search for Tomorrow: Effective Enterprise Search and Contextual Knowledge noted Search expert Val Orekhov will explain the need to view Search as a key element of technology to create effective tools for knowledge management.

Technology has tremendous capabilities, but user adoption of any tool is at the core of its success. Now more than ever effective Search is surfacing as the key to driving that adoption.

Val will outline types of search currently available for the Enterprise, and how to identify the best alternatives for your organization or agency. He will underscore the need to reframe the view of a well-designed Search initiative from a 'nice-to-have' to an essential ingredient.
