I just finished reading this post by Management Concepts own, Mark Leheney. The post discusses the idea of "being bold." Leheney used drummer Bernard Purdie as a great example of boldness.
During his career, Purdie was hired for recording sessions and when setting up his drums, he would put up two signs, one saying "You done it," and "You done hired the hit-maker, Bernard 'Pretty' Purdie."
Now that's bold. I highly recommend that you check out Leheney's post to read more about his ideas of boldness in the work place, but wanted to continue the discussion here in the Management Concept's group.
How Bold are You?
Where do you find natural boldness in your work?
What would your signs say?
