Are you using a particular product or something off of codeplex?

Hello, we're using the help desk and knowledgebase templates that come bundled with SharePoint 2007 (I think in the enterprise package).  Most of it is pretty straightforward but we want to modify the Service Request Form, create some workflows, that sort of thing.  Documentation on these templates appears very scarce!  Thanks so much for your quick reply.
