How to communicate with military clinicians?

Hi all -

I'm wondering how military clinicians stay on top of standard practices of care while on deployment. Do you use 2.0 technology? How do you prepare for deployment? Where do you go for the most current treatment information? Thanks!

Military clinicians have access to online tools like UpToDate, MD Consult, Lexi-Comp, etc. when they are deployed (just like they do at home). There are also some web 2.0 collaborative tools available
