Seeking suggestions from Communications/PR staff--how to do you promote and encourage member
participation in a board of trustees election through various
web/print/multimedia/social media approaches? Has it improved voter
turnout?
We typically do an educational campaign on the role and responsibilities
of the board in the newsletters leading up to the election, but would
be open to ideas to get the members more interested and involved in the
candidates and the voting process.
