Renaming and Reframing OpenGov

Given what we've learned over the past two years, should we rename ourselves to something other than the "OpenGov" Community?

Also, is our current framing of the community around "transparency, participation, and collaboration" serving us well or not?  

For this stage of our community's growth, who are we trying to reach, and is our messaging effective for them?
