Just added the first couple of projects to the database: http://participatedb.com/projects
Now that we've added the first 10 projects, we're wondering how we should best structure project information: http://www.intellitics.com/blog/2009/10/27/participatedb-projects/
Update: We're at 32 tools and 15 projects and have added a few more contributors. Ping us if you're interested!
Getting more questions, so added a few more answers to our FAQ: http://participatedb.com/faq
61 days, 61 entries (tools & projects). Many "stubs", but more detailed content will likely emerge over time.
We picked the recent paper "Promising Practices In Online Engagement" by Public Agenda's Center for the Advances in Public Engagement (CAPE) as our first entry to the new "reference" section on ParticipateDB. With the addition of "references" (links to information or materials that can provide extra context for the tools or projects we cover, e.g. case studies, interviews or any other kind of research) the initial data model is pretty much complete. The last thing missing now is proper user management before we can move into beta.
Just added "Public Comment Analysis Toolkit (PCAT)" by @texifter as tool #62: http://participatedb.com/tools/62
Before today, had you heard of PICOLA (Public Informed Citizen Online Assembly)? Vintage e-participation prototype. Our tool #75...
100 days, 100 tools, 100 projects. Happy Holidays, everyone! ;-)
We've hit 20+ contributors and are adding about 1-2 new entries per day. The latest is our #116: "The Debatewise Global Youth Panel", which used/uses Google Wave: http://participatedb.com/projects/116
Very cool! Our tool #122: "The ReDistricting Game" -- http://participatedb.com/tools/122

While this is not a problem-solving or decision-making tool per se I think it's a great way to educate participants (say, in a participatory redistricting effort) about the issue.
LiquidFeedback is an open source software tool for delegated or proxy voting. Pretty cool! The German Pirate Party is using/testing it: http://participatedb.com/tools/128
