Anyone got answers for this anonymous question -

As a federal manager - how do I trust my employees to work from home 1, 2 3 days a week and still feel like no one is taking advantage of the system?

Title: The Reason for ROWE failure  It is MY believe that that the same reason(s) could be applied to Telework NOT gaining as much as traction as it could/should.

All too often, we keep covering the same issues around telework and talk about it becomes noise. I am really impressed with the last couple blog posts by Dr. Naomi Leventhal on the topic. Her latest focuses on the need to "freeze the federal footprint." Imagine that: don't make more space available. Force people to work from somewhere else!
