EEO Counselor Refresher Training

So many small agencies are limited in the way of quality annual 8-hour EEO Counselor refresher training, because they can't afford to bring a renowned trainer for only a handful of counselors.

FELTG is working on coordinating a one day-refresher training event in DC, open to counselors in all agencies, big and small.

Because it's still in the planning stages, I welcome your thoughts, suggestions and feedback. What would you like to see from this type of training?
