I've been playing around with ideas about low or no cost t & d delivery and design methods, checking out online U. Courses at Berkely, MIT. Also researching for a possible book next year.
Two questions:
Does your organization use any "non-traditional" methods to foster LEARNING (It doesn't matter if you call it training or not since I'm focusing on the learning part - results)? What kinds of things are being used out there?
Second is I'm looking for creative ideas about how to improve job related learning that people might have.
Got any ideas?
