Does anyone have any tips for breaking into HUD?  I have a BA in City Planning, civil engineering experience and a Master of Public Admin.  Any certifications, etc that you would pursue?  Thanks in advance for any helpful responses!

How is Learning & Development transforming the federal government?
Government Elearning! Magazine is hosting a survey with partner Bersin & Associates (Authors of the Corporate Learning Factbook.) We would welcome your input on this study on L&D today. We will share results with you and present at the Summit in DC on 3/22/11. Take a moment to share your views at: https://www.evansresearchonline.com/s.php?s=FACTGE&d=2

George, I'm sorry it took this long for a response, but in my view, it costs the agency and our service population more. We lose the value of cohesion and unity of effort.
