Hi Michael. Thank you for the warm welcome. My name is Michelle Bouchard and I am a Public Affairs Specialist with the USDA's Risk Management Agency in Washington. I found out about the site through Jennifer Lohr, a collegue here at USDA. My agency is looking into reaching out through social media channels and I thought this would be a great place to start learning. I am also interested in getting involved in the teleworking group. I am a teleworker and may have some insights about the subject and much to learn.

Hey Michael, Thank you for the welcome. Michael, I was introduced to GovLoop by Peggy N. Himes from NIST (FISSEA group). I am a Sr. Security Analyst working on various government security projects with US carriers and other US agencies. I am looking forward to offering my input on security issues and gleaming from the inputs of other contributors.

Hello Michael, Thank you for the warm reception. I feel like I've struck virtual gold in finding your networking site. I'm currently a student with a disability interested in Telework. My major is Computer Related Crime Investigations & Technology Management. First heard about Telework 5 years ago from the U.S. Dept. of Labor and began to study it's evolution. Prior careers include Coordinator of an Internet Training Program for Challenged Adults, as Graphic Designer, Editor, Computer Instructor and today I work from home doing things like call monitoring, and tech support. Other activities include volunteerwork for the IRS and United Way. I'd enjoy networking with others and hope to gain some insights about future careers that I will share with others..

I'm Tim Medlin. Thanks for the warm welcome. I stumbled upon this group through the internet and decided to try it out.
I work at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA. I am a shipfitter instructor. Any other shipfitters out there? I currently teach apprentices the trade in the classroom and hands on. I have been at NNSY for 27 years. I love it here and plan on retiring in about 10 years. Time is flying by.
I am also an adjunt instructor with Tidewater Community College specializing in Maritime/Shipfitting courses. I have been doing this for about 10 years.
