Stephen Buckley commented on GovLoop's blog post '6 Words & 4 Reasons I'm Excited about Introducing DorobekInsider'
"Is there anything that invites listener engagement (even an after-show topic discussion)?  I've looked all around the various links for the show, and can find nothing on that.  If there are such links, then they need to be easier for…"

Stephen Buckley replied to Shannon Donelson's discussion 'How are you Measuring Customer Service Efforts?' in the group Citizen Engagement and Customer Service
"Dear Shannon,   How is your agency GovLoop measuring customer service success?   I remember that, a couple of years ago, GovLoop conducted a customer satisfacton survey (not sure about the exact name).  But I never…"

Stephen Buckley commented on fcoleman's blog post 'Engaging the Community using Twitter, YouTube and Facebook - Local Governments just need to have some fun!'
"Take a plain old cake and add a little frosting, and voila, you get a much better cake. So if a little frosting is good, then the more frosting that we add then the better the cake, right? Not always.  Everything in moderation.  The…"

Stephen Buckley commented on Pat Fiorenza's blog post '10 Highlights from the Government Customer Satisfaction Forum'

Stephen Buckley commented on Emily Landsman's blog post 'How will you measure your local government's social media success?'
"Yes, Robert, you are correct in recognizing the larger issue that is NOT being discussed here, i.e., what are the "government's overall goals". Success in social media is only an intermediate goal, not an ultimate…"

Hi Stephen
Yes I worked on NEPA at Pax River, but not for the base. I worked for NAVAIR and provided NEPA support for the acquisition programs. So the NEPA work I did involved testing primarily, though sometimes basing and infrastructure development. As HQ for NAVAIR we reviewed all facilities NEPA projects and worked closely with all the NAVAFAC divs, including Chesdiv, where we had facilities. That was before CNIC of course. I was glad to see you started the group. I think NEPAtown needs a little more discussions, but of course I have not been contributing that much. You should also check out the NEPA groups and green groups on linkedin, they are a little livelier.

No, sir. I haven't met him yet.

phConnect is a project that I am associated with, working through CDC and other partners- so, I don't mind it being public, (no personal stuff). My GovLoop account I reserve for select associates that I want to network with...such as yourself! :)
