I could talk about the new GAO report on customer service, but you might want to reach out instead to the GAO folks who did it, instead. . . Bernice Steinhardt at

Hi Stephen
Yes I worked on NEPA at Pax River, but not for the base. I worked for NAVAIR and provided NEPA support for the acquisition programs. So the NEPA work I did involved testing primarily, though sometimes basing and infrastructure development. As HQ for NAVAIR we reviewed all facilities NEPA projects and worked closely with all the NAVAFAC divs, including Chesdiv, where we had facilities. That was before CNIC of course. I was glad to see you started the group. I think NEPAtown needs a little more discussions, but of course I have not been contributing that much. You should also check out the NEPA groups and green groups on linkedin, they are a little livelier.

Hello Stephen,
I heard about it, but I missed the radio show for Bernie due to schedule conflicts. Is there anywhere that I can hear it streaming?

No, sir. I haven't met him yet.

phConnect is a project that I am associated with, working through CDC and other partners- so, I don't mind it being public, (no personal stuff). My GovLoop account I reserve for select associates that I want to network with...such as yourself! :)
