I work for the government because:
I enjoy improving the communications to and between federal employees so that they have the information they need to do their jobs better, and so that they become more engaged with their agency's mission and the important work they do.

I have more than nine years of experience in the communications field working with public and private sector organizations, and have specialized in internal communications for the last three years. I work with clients, colleagues, and leadership to design and implement strategic communications plans for internal and external audiences to achieve measurable results. I engage with public and private sector stakeholders to solidify key relationships and further outreach goals. Over the course of my career, I have developed expertise in communications planning and implementation, stakeholder relationship management, and project management. I have led communications professionals to achieve short and long-term organizational objectives, while supporting and encouraging team members' career goals.
