U.S. GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO TAKE PROACTIVE STEPS TO STOP INTERNATIONAL HACKER RINGS

The Internet is infected and U.S. citizens are paying a steep price by having their identities stolen and bank accounts raided by international hackers on a regular basis.
