Photo Series - Government in the Wild - USA.gov

I always think it's cool when the stuff I care about (public service, good government) is in weird mainstream places. Think walking through airport and I see a Radon EPA ad, or in a bathroom stall and it's government advertising.

If you see something, take a photo and post it on GovLoop (Under resources/photos).

We'll highlight one a week in this series.

Did people see the White House updated its Open Gov Scorecard? I like the concept and it's a good way to get started. Next step is really digging in - for example, not just who checked the public consultation scorecard but who is doing it well..

Lessons Learned from Australia - Kate Lundy

Had Kate Lundy from Australia Senate on Gov 2.0 Radio show on Sunday.

They've done an amazing online and offline for the Gov 2.0 Taskforce where they've held 3 in-person meetings to get feedback combined with online at same time where they have Twitter, live-stream, Slideshare, Flickr, YouTube/Vimeo, and Facebook.

10 Agencies On The Up Swing.. Or At Least their Employees Think So

A week or to ago I went ahead and made my top 5 worst agencies to work for list. We'll the list wasn't really mine but rather just the results from the Best Places to Work Survey.

Well that's enough focus on the negative for me, instead lets take a look at agencies who showed massive gains in employee satisfaction.
