Doctoral Pilot Study on Succession Planning at Executive Branch Federal Agencies

Good afternoon,

By way of introduction my name is Raymond Marbury, Doctorate in Business Administration candidate at Walden University.  The reason for this e-mail is to advise the group that I'm searching for members to participate in a short pilot study that will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.  The purpose of the study will be to examine succession planning in federal agencies to determine if agencies are creating succession plans, preparing for succession, and preparing key personnel for succession.  If you are interesting in participating in this research, please provide your e-mail address and a link with the survey will be sent to your preferred e-mail address.  Thanks for your help.

We're a little early in our process at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but doing some cool stuff.  I've also been involved in some of OPM's efforts re: succession planning/leader development programs, so I can bring that perspective.  Happy to contribute to your study.
