Feedback Survey for Participants in the Open Government Dialogue

A number of organizations in the field of public engagement (NCDD, IAP2, Everyday Democracy, AmericaSpeaks and others) are collaborating on evaluating the Open Government Dialogue and provide recommendations to the Obama administration.
