I think we agree violently. Slide 12 looks awfully like mission, tool, metrics, teach. ;)

Good stuff Andrew, both in substance and style. I posted an expansion of the notion of mission tenants, in terms of what we call "collaborative intents" - see: http://www.govloop.com/profiles/blogs/mission-tenants-the-missing. I'd love your reaction and to see if I got the connection of concepts correct?
