Title: I’m the Super Hero of Information Sharing

Why should you choose me? I make the world of information flat.
I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again
In every office where I hang my hat.

I’m the super hero of information sharing.
If you don’t like it, get out of my way
Because if you’re a nay-sayer, I’ve stopped caring.

I’ve proven that collaboration works
And I’ve gone toe-to-toe within the government
Against some of the biggest jerks.

It’s never easy to be a change agent
And I’ve gotten knocked around
But in the end the bruises are worth it.

It’s worth it when I can say information sharing
Saved my offices hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars
In efficiency, effectiveness, and preventing wheel reinventing.

Whether it’s Sharepoint, OMB-MAX, or wiki,
Lawyers, trainers, or FOIAers,
I get folks to stop thinking of technology as silly.

At times it takes hand holding, “champions,” or debaters
Tiger teams, blue ribbon panels, and “senior level buy-in” are helpful too
But sometimes nothing replaces good old “just do it and ask forgiveness later.”

So pick me to speak and I’ll be a hit
Because I’m a geek dedicated to public service
And because your audience won’t regret it.

Congratulations Sabrina!  Just remember there were others who went ahead of you doing the "Lewis & Clark work" which created a path for you.  Keep up the great work!
