Last week, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) released the proposed regulations for the Pathways Program, a hiring reform initiative designed to "offer students and recent graduates more uniform and transparent pathways to public service" and "improve recruiting and provide for training, mentoring, and career development opportunities." The original document is nearly 90 pages long...so we thought we'd summarize it GovLoop-style. Check out the infograph below for an overview, read the proposed regulations and give OPM your feedback.

Comment by Fernando Beltran on August 11, 2011 at 11:22am I really liked the design but it has too many words on it. An infographic is supposed to be mostly visual. Words are there to reinforce the key messages.
With half the words, it would be an amazing infographic

Comment by Paul Boos on August 11, 2011 at 8:11am While this isn't a bad poster (it summarizes good information), not sure I'd call it an infographic. What data is the lay out telling us? What about the colors? that in my mid is a key component of an infographic. Contrast that to this one on NASA Mars Missions: http://visual.ly/mars-missions There you get a timeline, achievement, and sponsoring country for every mission to Mars from the layout, icons, and colors.
Just my 2 cents... Again useful poster, but not what i woudl call a good infographic.
