This video is for the Gov 2.0 Summit:

Text:
Of course gov 2.0 is about transparancy, collaboration, a different role for government in society. But it's also, and I feel this is often neglected, it's also about government organizations and about civil servants. What does web 2.0 mean for government agencies and they way they are organized? What kind of civil servants do we need if we want governments to become more transparant and participative? How do we transform government itself to become government 2.0 and an organization 2.0? For me, that is the gov 2.0 challenge!

More information:
In the Netherlands we've started the Servant 2.0 network, currently 2000 members from within and from outside government. Our goal is to discuss all these questions and possibilities.

I will be coming to the Gov 2.0 Summit to see how American government organizations are changing because of web 2.0. Do you know some good examples or lessons learned, please feel free to contact me!

How true these words are in my opinion! Unfortunately I couldn't play the video but maybe it will work later on,
