Now that is a great idea. ONE a week. I am pulling the following out of my “socks” and heard somewhere that a single Mountain Dew alone has 11 Tablespoons of sugar in it. So this is a great resolution path you are on. If you cut out 1/2 of your sugar your 1/2 way there alread.
Here is a list of High content sugar foods. Check to make sure your thyroid is working right too.

Here is a list of NO Sugar foods. But, I could not go cold turkey!
