The only change it has produced in my life is that my wife is always on it and telling me things about people that I’m not especially interested in. Other than that, I have no need or desire to ever go on it, use it, or whatever you’re supposed to do.

Forums are great, since so many of us end up working in dingy cubicles, and common meeting areas inevitably get absorbed to make more cubicles. But social networking in general? Honestly can’t see the added value. of course, you’re talking to someone who thinks a”real” telephone is made out of bakelite, weighs a few pounds and has a curly cord, and all the others are “toy” phones.
