First, note it is posted under Government Performance. Yes, the concept decreases unemployment rate and promotes funding to be used in a more efficient and effective manner.

Additionally, it would engage all of government (municipal, county, state, and federal) as they would “actually” work together in promoting the federally funded programs and services already in place that would be modified becoming better working models for all business entities, including more focus on “small business.”
