Hi Steve. Ya know, the ACT-IAC Acquisition Management Shared Interest Group hosted some free training last November that addressed this important part of determining a fair and reasonable price. I think the Rising Acquisition Professionals-Contracting (RAP-C) may have posted some of the training take-aways on Facebook. Additionally, there was a dyn-o-mite article published in 2008 in the NCMA’s “Contract Management” magazine that addressed market research in part.
