Hi Doris – It seems like these changes make everything better aligned…so it’s not just how you become an SES, but how you remain an SES. I like it.
Of course, these changes make no difference if:
– they never really conduct 360 reviews
– performance management is not an overall part of an agency culture
But maybe these changes will encourage change to happen at the top…and that will create changes agency- (and government-)wide.
