I'm a military wife. My husband has retired from the military after 20 years... my perspective is that this is not anything unusual or unique to this war. I'm sure that every battle that has ever been faught has had someone do something irresponsible, or questionable, or down-right wrong. The difference is that technology at this time allows those actions to be caught and replayed. I don't personally agree with what they did, but as stated by others, look at the situation these Marines were in, what they've been through, and you can understand that they may not react in the best of ways. The stupid part was taping it and placing it out for the world to see.
