Thanks all – it’s great to hear the diversity of experience weighing in (prolonged/ongoing reorg, last major reorg, and frequent reorgs). I love the idea of becoming a corporate memory or stepping up to be the leading edge of change. It can definitely be difficult to make the best of changes if you feel like your whole organization is being upended, but as you point out, there are definitely opportunities to use the experience as a positive force for your career and your organization.
