OK, I’ll start this thread … my most challenging employment issue has been to find the right mix of trust and respect that encourages Govies to share their opinions publically, ESPECIALLY when it comes to employment! I’m not talking about the people who are comfortable complaing either in a “hush-hush” mode or so vocally that it borders on fanaticism … I’m talking about the people who have real issues and real ideas that, if shared, would open up discussions and spark the ground-swell of support needed to foster real change. So, coming from someone in a position to facilitate change, I’ve found it difficult to discover where the real issues exist!
