My 7 years of experience as Enterprise Architect (This deals with OCIO Planning, Clinger Cohen, OIG, Capital Planning, Transparency, Accountability, etc) working in the DC area, stepping into about 7 to 8 agencies and working for 8 IT vendors both big and small business, "accountability" was of the least denomination.
Probably "accountability" is not the character of Wall St and Like-wise DC. Probably its resurrection will begin else-where. It seems to me that DC has developed mental anesthesia to anything "accountable".
Working towards accountability is about jeopardizing remaining in home.
Gov2.0 and such social-network will only amplify "noise" if it lacks credible motivation.
