Some people say that there is a major lack of responsibility these days… almost to the point where being responsible is a dying art.
Whether or not those people are right about responsibility being a non existent value of today’s society I think we all can agree that stepping up and taking responsibility is extremely important in both the workplace and personal life. Recently GovLoop sat down with Dr. John Izzo, author of Stepping Up: How Taking Responsibility Changes Everything, to talk about why responsibility, why now?
