    We are seeking an Associate Consultant / Assistant Project Coordinator to take on a diverse range of responsibilities in a quickly growing environment. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks as well as establishing processes for efficient business operations. He/she will take responsibility and ownership of functions in order to enable consultants to focus on their primary responsibilities.

    A successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, assertive, communicative, and have an enthusiastic and service-oriented personality. He/she will have sufficient experience to anticipate and address the needs of an evolving firm and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment. Ideally, the best fit will be someone excited to help shape and form a company, values the opportunity to move into management consulting in the longer term, and would like to grow in leadership and responsibility as the firm grows.
