    Perform as a member of a team that develops and deploys surveys and assessments to answer clients questions. Perform assessments for internal, including employee satisfaction and engagement and external, including customer satisfaction and special studies for a variety of clients across diverse US government markets, including civil, defense, and intelligence. Work with clients to understand their survey and assessment needs and translate those needs into functional assessment requirements for a staff of highly specialized survey experts. Develop the vision for how products and services will be presented to the client and maintain responsibility for the quality of all deliverables.
    Distill complex issues and findings into products that resonate with clients. Work with the survey service offering lead to focus on building out the service offering with a specific focus towards expanding intellectual capital and capabilities, developing internal and external marketing materials, marketing the offering, participating and leading business development efforts, and overseeing survey work.

    Basic Qualifications:
    -3+ years of experience in consulting with organizational assessment, surveys, program evaluation, or analysis
    -Experience with developing successful proposals and marketing efforts for technical and analytical project efforts
    -Experience with developing narrative client reports explaining technical project efforts
    -Experience with delivering technical presentations to senior clients
    -Experience with guiding teams in the successful delivery of technical project efforts, ideally survey or assessment efforts
    -Knowledge of survey research, data manipulation, or statistical analysis
    -Ability to obtain a security clearance
    -BA or BS degree required
    -Experience in a federal government environment
    -Knowledge of organization development and large-scale change management strategies
    -MA or MS degree in Surveys, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or a similar methodologically rigorous field preferred; PhD or EdD degree a plus
