    The new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was created to make markets for consumer financial products and services work for Americans. CFPB is building a world-class Chief Financial Officer (CFO) organization; we are seeking to join a high performing team to develop and execute the strategic vision for office.

    CFPB is seeking outstanding Budget and Performance Analysts to work in the Office of the CFO. Analysts will:

    • Serve as technical experts in budget planning and operations;
    • Provide technical assistance and advisory services to CFPB leadership and employees
    • Participate in the creation and implementation of CFPB policies, plans, and procedures
    • Have a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development of novel, innovative strategies for achieving the CFPB mission.

    The ideal candidate will have significant depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in financial management and analysis. This individual will possess exceptional mental agility, and possess the flexibility to operate in a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment. The incumbent will be passionate about the CFPB mission, and revel in contributing to our important role. CFPB is seeking individuals with a relentless commitment to professional and organizational excellence.
